Shipping & Policies

I am only shipping to Canada, Australia, Ireland, United Kingdom, New Zealand, Germany, and the Netherland right now. I hope to ship more countries soon! 

 

Please allow 1-2 weeks of processing time before your order is shipped out. Each piece is handmade (some made to order depending on the product), and packaged by me, your patience and understanding are greatly appreciated!

 

Please make sure you have written your correct address before placing an order! :)

 

Refunds and returns are not accepted.

I am not responsible for lost items once Canada Post tracking status is "delivered".

For insurance purposes I only ship products using tracked shipping.

Please note that a product that is being shipped can get delayed due to weather, holidays, etc.
